Day 1 Shanghai

Welcome to Shanghai. After your arrival and after your group visa formalities you will be transferred to your hotel (check-in after 1500 hrs). Shanghai, is China’s largest city and a global financial hub. Its heart is the Bund, a famed waterfront promenade lined with colonial-era buildings. Across the Huangpu River rises the Pudong district’s futuristic skyline, including the 632m. Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Overnight in Shanghai.(D)

Day 2 Shanghai

Today you will be taken on a guided city tour of Shanghai with photo stops at the Oriental Pearl TV Tower with its distinctive pink spheres and at the Yu Yuan Garden, a traditional Chinese park with beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes and bridges. You wil lvisit the famous Jade BuddhaTemple,which was built in1882. This temple has two Jade statues of the Sakyamuni Buddha and houses various ancient sculptures, rare paintings and Buddhist scriptures. In the evening prepare to be spellbound by witnessing the Acrobatic show, showcasing the traditional martial art. Overnight in Shanghai.(B, L,D)

Day 3 Shanghai - Xi’an

This morning you take a flight to Xian.On arrival in Xian, there is a stop for a photo opportunity of the City Wall of Xi’an, built during the Tang dynasty. You are also driven past the Big Wild Goose Pagoda (also called Giant Wild Goose Pagoda).As the symbol of the old-line Xian, this Pagoda is a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists. Day 4 Xian

Today  begins with a tour of Xi’an. Visit the Terracotta Warriors,   a collection of over 6000 terracotta moulded soldiers, officers, horses and wagons depicting the army of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. The Terracotta Army was constructed beside the tomb of China’s First Emperor as an after life guard for the Emperor. Overnight in Xi’an.(B, PL,D)

Day 5 Xian - Beijing

Today you board your bullet train ,one of the best ways to travel to Beijing, the capital of the People’s Republic of China and the world’s second most populous city.On arrival we check-intoyour hote l(after1500hrs).Overnightin Beijing.(B,PL,D)

Day 6 Beijing

Today you are taken on a tour of the Great Wall of China at the Badalingsection,Badaling is the only place on the Great Wall that you can take a cable car which offers you a panoramic view of this majestic structure. This 3,946-mile wall is a symbol of China’s ancient civilization and ranks among  the  greatest  monuments in history. In the afternoon, your tour continues to the Summer Palace and its immense gardens,where the imperial courtresided during summer. Overnight in Beijing.(B, PL,D)

Day 7 Beijing

Today you go on a guided city tour of Beijing, which is conducted by an English-speaking guide.  The  first  stop  is  at  the  Temple of Heaven - the temple where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties came to worshipthe God of Heaven and pray for good harvests. The highlight of this tour is the blue tile-roofed Hall of Prayer. Later we also experience the Taichi, it lets you practice  tai chi in the grand surroundings of the Temple of Heaven and exploresomeofthecountry’sbest-preserved classical designs

.You will also see Tiananmen Square, the largest square in the world and you will then visit the Forbidden City, an awesome 250- acre complex of palaces, pavilions and gardens. Later there is a stop for a photo opportunity at the ‘Olympic Park’ - the symbolic stadium where the 2008 Olympics were held.Overnigh tin Beijing.(B, L, D)

Day 8 Return Home
